In addition to the German Christmas album, Marianna Masadi is also releasing a Greek Christmas album that celebrates her cultural diversity and roots. The talented singer combines five timeless classics with ten new, sensitive compositions, creating a sonorous setting for contemplative moments and joyful celebrations. Among the well-known Christmas classics on the album are: Adeste Fideles Ave Maria, Feliz Navidad, Silent Night, Rudolf the Little Reindeer.
These timeless melodies are complemented by a series of new, heartfelt songs that capture the Christmas feeling in a special way. The new songs include: Virgin Mary (Χαῖρε Νύµφη Ἀνύµφευτε Ancient Greek), Christmas I Belong Only to You, We Say Yes to Love!, The Waltz of Winter Dreams, Christmas as it used to be, Merry Merry Christmas, Mary Mother Full of Grace, Beautiful Christmas Time, I Am So Happy and Never Alone Again.
Marianna Masadi has collaborated with renowned composers and lyricists in Greece and Germany to create these festive songs. The German recordings were made in the legendary Hansa Studios / Mitte Studios in Berlin and the Greek recordings in the well-known Athens Subway Studios, which gives the album a special musical depth.
The title of the album “Merry Merry Christmas” was chosen to celebrate the universal joy and magic of the holiday season. The song combines different cultural traditions and describes how different and yet similar the celebrations are around the world.
With a cheerful and catchy melody, Marianna Masadi wants to convey the message that Christmas is a time of gathering and joy, regardless of origin and customs.

What did you consider when making your selection?
When selecting the songs, I made sure to create a harmonious mix of familiar Christmas classics and fresh, new compositions. The essence of Christmas is the same in every culture – it is the peace and joy that unites us. With my songs, I captured this message in the sounds of both worlds, the Greek and the German.
What does the album mean to you and what do you want to achieve with your music?
Every song on this album reflects a piece of my soul. It is my desire to touch people with the love and warmth of the Christmas season and to bring them joy through my melodies. This album is an invitation to enjoy the festive season in all its facets – full of memories, new sounds and the timeless magic of Christmas.
